500년 전에 온 사람들,

그들은 멕시코의 금을 훔쳤고, 사람을 하나씩 죽였죠.

오직 그들의 총으로만 말하면서,

쇠사슬에 묶이는 용감한 사람들, 노예로 팔리는 모든 젊은 엄마들,​

밤새도록 울고 있는 아기들, 그들은 과연 빛을 볼 수 있을까?

황금을 꿈꾸는 자들의 엘도라도, 모두 고통과 피의 바다에 빠져 죽었어요.

황금을 꿈꾸는 자들의 엘도라도, 오직 여러분의 마음 속에서만 이루어지겠죠.

손을 뻗어요, 그러면 여러분들은 자유를 찾을 거에요. 그 땐 우리가 자유롭게 살게 되죠.

인간의 기억 속엔, 행복을 추구하는 연구가 끊긴 적은 없었어요.

하지만, 에덴동산의 문은 닫힐 거에요. 오직 굶주린 스페인의 정복자들, 그 힘과 권력 때문에,

왜냐면 정작 엘도라도는 다이아몬드와 금으로 만들어져 있지 않으니까요.

그건 우리모두의 마음 속에 평화, 사랑, 그리고 이해를 위한 불멸의 갈망이지요.

Within the memory of man, the search for happiness has never ended.

But the gates of Eden will ever be closed for those conquistadors who are only hungry, for power and might.

Because the real Eldorado is not made out of diamonds and gold.

It's the immortal yearning for peace, love and understanding in the hearts of everyone.
